Door to back garden with picnic table, shed for storage of bikes, etc.
Laundry facilities with washing machine, tumble dryer, iron and ironing board, etc.
Super-highspeed broadband 350 Mbps (ethernet and Wi-Fi) throughout; socket for radio, TV and satellite in every room.
Weekly cleaner for all shared areas and regular maintenance to ensure your home is always looked after.
Five carefully selected housemates who have all been fully reference checked (house is approved for six people in total*).
All 6 bedrooms are fitted with locked doors. Most have private en-suite shower and toilet; two people share one bathroom.
Great location in N18, very close to public transport (several bus routes plus Silver Street and Meridian Water stations within walking distance); easy access to the A406, A10 and Enfield Highway. Restaurants, cinema and theatre, leisure centre, fitness centres, etc.
