What were the best things about your stay? The location was close to work, the people living in it were amazing, respectful and fun to chat with. The conditions and maintenance of the house have been the best ever since coming to the UK. The location was close to the station less than 15 min by foot. Close to shops. No need to worry for long travels for your necessities.
Is there anything that could have improved your stay? Potentially to see the window of the room as I believe the extra noise from outside comes from a crack or opening. What were the best things about your stay? Feeling welcome by all of the other tenants especially moving over from Northern Ireland and not knowing anyone. Also, the house being in extremely good condition and I never had any issues with it.

What are the best things about your stay? Tenants were a similar age which I think made it easier, we all work and the house was quiet. Tenancy management were easy to get hold of and dealt with issues quickly. I would happily rent through you again.

The Property suited me as the tenants were mature and respected each other. The property was well maintained and managed and any problems which may have arisen with breakdowns in services were dealt with as speedily as possible.

The house always is clean and tidy. Everyone has his own bathroom and the facilities in the house are always in good working order. The kitchen is big and has all the appropriate equipment. The lounge is really good with big sofas and a huge TV, a dining table and chairs. The tenants are friendly, polite and helpful in daily basis.

"The property is well maintained, clean, warm and safe.
Having my own bathroom is huge plus. The general areas and grounds were cleaned by the Landlords. Assigning and labelling storage space in the shared areas is definitely an excellent idea. There seem to be a robust system for selecting suitable tenants who would get along as housemates. Concerns were dealt with quickly and professionally.
